Our Philosophy
Goals to Score inspires students to consider their life goals and develop the skills required to accomplish their dreams. Our mission is to excite students & student athletes about their own education while working to develop their interests and skills. We guide them by helping them understand themselves and their long-term goals. Ultimately, we want to give our students Goals to Score.
Our Story
Prior to attending school together at Cornell University, both of us were undecided and conflicted about what we wanted to study and our goals for college. We were both passionate about our own sports, but knew we couldn’t pursue them as a career for much longer. In the end, because of the lack of guidance we received, we didn’t fully use the incredible educational opportunities presented to us at an Ivy League institution.
Thus, a couple of years after graduating, we began working in Shenzhen, China as College Admissions Counselors, inspired by the idea of helping high school students through the struggles we faced in both college and the admissions process.
Looking back at our journey, we want to mentor other students who need that insight and preparation for their academic journey and life beyond graduation.
